Relaxation Training after Trauma

This is a guide to powerful techniques of intentional relaxation and autonomic self-regulation that can help to recover after psychological trauma. 


The guide teaches to use effective science-based methods:
- Ideomotor relaxation
- Breathing pattern re-training
- Heart rate variability training
- Vagal nerve stimulation

It includes audio guides for two of those techniques. The other two require devices/apps, and the manual provides detailed instructions on how to use them. The manual is made as a mobile-first PDF file with links to the audio guides.
